Is overnight shipping available?
- Due to the customization of our bookmarks and our made-to-order system, we are unable to offer overnight or expedited shipping. However, if you have a certain date in which you need your order, please reach out to rachel@suchaehwadesigns.com.
How long will it take to get my order?
- We are a very small business, so bookmarks will take longer to be shipped since they are customized. However, most shipments are sent within 5 business days. There are times where shipping may be paused if we are on vacation, but we will send a notice to our customers if that happens. If you have a rush order request, please contact us at rachel@suchaehwadesigns.com
Where are your products made?
- All of our products are illustrated and/or designed and printed in the U.S.A. Some products are manufactured outside the U.S.A and are noted in the product info. Once we get it in our hands everything is then done in the U.S.A.
How can I reach you in case there are issues with my order?
- First, don't panic! Email us at rachel@suchaehwadesigns.com and we will respond as promptly as possible.
Do you have a physical location so I can see the product before I buy it?
- Unfortunately no, we don't have a brick and mortor store at this time. We're just too small to open a store, but it is a goal of ours! There are times where we may have displays in stores around the Seattle, WA area where you can see some of our products. Be sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and sign up for our newsletter so you know if we have any local displays.
What is your return policy?
- Due to the nature of our bookmarks and some of our customized items, we are unable to accept returns on those items. We will accept returns on our other products as long as they are in new condition and have not been used. You will be responsible for shipping any returns back to us.
